Before I am a Therapist, I am firstly human with experience of challenging life experiences. It was these life experiences which led me to train as a Therapist. I am a wife and mother of two grown up sons. I love to paint, be around nature and spend time with my two boisterous Weimaraners. How I work I trained as a Person centred Therapist and went on to train in Cognitive Behaviour, Attachment and Clinical Supervision. I work with an Integrative/Pluralistic approach which is aimed at working in a way that best suits your needs as an individual. I have training in Suicide, Sexual abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Mind-body illnesses.
